ITINERARY
We are eagerly looking forward to spending some wonderful days under the Tuscan sun with you at the stunning Villa Il Poggiale. During our time together, we will savor the delicious Italian cuisine and wine, bask in the beauty of the villa's enchanting gardens, relish by the pool, and dance beneath the moonlit sky. AUGUST 28th
THURSDAY
We can’t wait to welcome you to Villa Il Poggiale. We will be at the villa ensuring everything is ready for your arrival. Rooms will be available for check-in from 2 pm.
We invite all our guests to join us for welcome drinks and mingling in the top garden at 5 pm, followed by a casual dinner at 7 pm, where we will enjoy fantastic pizzas and Italian wine. We hope everyone can arrive at the villa in time for dinner and mingling.
AUGUST 29th
FRIDAY
A nice day in the countryside always starts with a good breakfast: a rich Italian buffet is waiting for you on the terrace in the morning.
We are going to spend the majority of this day relishing by the pool.
Later in the evening, we invite you to a BBQ dinner at the terrace.
AUGUST 30 th
SATURDAY
Brunch will again be served at 10 am on the terrace. After brunch, our guests have some leisure time until the wedding kicks off. Maybe you want to spend your day relaxing by the pool, visiting the SPA facilities, or go for a beautiful walk in the Tuscan hills. Or you can come along with tour guide Marco for a ride on electrical bikes to a local winery for a proper Italian wine tasting.
We kindly ask all of our guests to be ready at the villa entrance no later than 3.30 pm for our ceremony. After we have exchanged our I Do’s, we want to welcome you to some drinks in the garden, followed by a three-course meal, before we dance the night away.
AUGUST 31th
SUNDAY
After what we expect to be the night of our lives we’re certain that everyone will be sleeping in slightly ready for check-out and a Farwell Brunch at 11am on the beautiful terrace for one last time before departure.
