INFORMATION

  • The wedding will be held on Saturday, the 30th of August, 2025, in the afternoon, followed by a celebratory dinner and party. However, we invite everyone to join us in the beautiful Tuscan hills from Thursday, the 28th, to Sunday, the 31st, to make a truly magical weekend out of the event.

  • The wedding will take place in the beautiful Villa Il Poggiale in the Chianti region of Tuscany, situated southwest of Florence. We’ve rented the entire villa exclusively so we can accommodate everyone at the same location, allowing us all to enjoy the serene surroundings and the celebrations together.

  • Depending on your arrival destination, there will be different suggested routes to get to the villa. We will arrange shuttle buses to the best of our ability to and from the central station in Florence.

  • We’re going to be in Italy during the height of summer which means lots of sun and warm weather. For inspiration on what to wear, please see dresscodes. Also please note that we’re going to have a poolparty Friday.

  • Meals:
    Yes. All meals for the weekend will be provided and prepared by the staff of the Villa.

    Drinks:
    For all meals and events we will provide drinks. For any drinks that might be desired outside of the set itinerary, the Villa has a self-serve honesty bar that all guests are welcome to use and settle upon check-out.

  • Please, RSVP prior to the 1st of January 2025 so we will have ample of time for preparations.

  • We are so grateful for your presence, which is the greatest gift we could ask for. Given the special nature of our destination wedding and the travel costs involved, please know that your attendance is truly the only gift we desire.

  • Our toastmasters for the wedding will be Raine Coles (+45 22 13 27 00) and Brian Kyed (+45 61 70 30 56), who will arrange and coordinate speeches during the wedding dinner.

    Language of the speeches is optional.

  • We adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only weekend and wedding. We hope all the moms and dads can take a well-deserved break and join us for a wonderful celebration.
